Smokies Wildflower Pilgrimage

Trillium luteumThe Smokies Wildflower Pilgrimage  is a special event — this annual affair is a “must” for us! This year, I had an afternoon off from leading hikes and programs to sit and sketch these examples of Trillium luteum on the Ash Hopper Branch trail. Believe it — these lovely flowers really do smell like lemons!
