Spoiler alert: this post is an undeniable plug for the fabulous Sewanee Gardener’s Market that operates every Saturday morning here in town. If a fruit or vegetable, cut flower or bedding plant, can be grown in these parts, somebody’s got it for sale, in bountiful numbers. Oh, and the baked goods! You can mosey between the stalls, munching on scones or breakfast breads, while you fill your basket with wonderful edibles for the week. I can’t resist pausing to sketch some of my finds before gobbling them down.
